Obituary for Charles Arthur Brown
Brown, Charles "Charlie" Arthur Joseph
December 10, 1941 - December 26, 2021
Passed away on December 26, 2021 after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Survived by his partner of 30 years, Barbara Baird, her son Adrian and Charlie's two children Mark and Kelly, as well as his three grandchildren, Brandon, Dylan and Logan. Also survived by his sisters Olivia "Lib" (Mike) and Patricia "Pat". Sadly missed by other family and friends. Predeceased by his parents, Hiram and Mary (nee Kirker) Brown and niece Cathy Murray.
Charlie led a very active life, he worked several years for Correctional Services of Canada. He owned a waterbed store and service station in Kingston. His heart was bigger than his personality and he believed his purpose on this earth was to help others.
As per his final request he has been cremated and there will be no service. Donations can be made to the United Way Kingston.
