David W. Lee passed away peacefully at home with his partner Bonnie by his side, Saturday November 26, 2022.
David was predeceased by his parents Chester E. Lee and Margaret Christine from Whitby, Ontario, and his sister Carol Wonnacott of Bowmanville, Ontario
David has struggled with health issues over the last three years but has always shown patience and a positive attitude till the end.
David leaves behind his children David K. Lee (Donna Ward), Alissa Smith (Irwin Smith), Melanie Brennan (Ian Brennan) ten grandchildren, Eric, Stacey (Jay King), Kristyn (Tom Chambers), Dawn, Diana, Donald, Alisia, Aidan, Abigail, and Meghan and 11 Great Grandchildren
Also special to David were Bonnie’s family: Kelly, Colton, Cora, Peter, and Matthew
David’s passion in life was farming! He began as a Dairy Farmer in Whitby Ontario and moved to Port Perry Ontario where he continued farming with his son Kelly. He recently resided in Campbellford, Ontario where he raised beef cattle and continued farming until his passing.
Dave loved life!! He enjoyed hockey, curling, dancing, and a good story. He loved to socialize and created many wonderful memories with his many friends and family.
A celebration of David’s life will be held on Sunday December 11, 2022, from 1 pm -4pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 103, 34 Bridge St W. Campbellford, Ontario
