Peeter Niilo Avarmaa, 69, passed on Saturday May 21st, 2022 in Kingston, Ontario. Niilo was born in Montreal on April 16, 1953. He was well respected in the sailing community as a craftsman in boat repair, and as a regular member of race committees with the Kingston Yacht Club. Niilo is survived by his father, Ovid (Celine), his daughters, Kaili and Kirsten, his ex-wife, Brigitte, and his dearest friends to whom his family is grateful.
