Obituary for Allan Fargey
Passed away peacefully on January 19th, 2022 at the age of 81 with his loving wife of 61 years, Donna Isabelle (née Morton) by his side. Allan is predeceased by his mother Gwendolyn, and father Charles Fargey. He will be missed by his elder sister Barbara (Mike, Jeff, Elizabeth and family).
Survived by his children, Jackie and Steve Clarke (Justin and Sara, Curtis and Danielle, Melissa and Terry, Adam and Celine); Steven and Susan Fargey (Megan, Sabrina, Scott and Ryan); and, Jennifer and Ronnie Sills (Katie, Alex and Shannon).
Allan, known affectionately as “Pa”, was passionate about his family; he will be missed dearly by his grandchildren and great grandchildren Annabelle, Bishop, Scarlette, Hannah, Nathan, Madison, Kailey, Grayson, Colton, and Easton.
Dedicated to craftsmanship, he worked at Corby’s Distillery for 25 years. After retiring, Allan spent much of his time enjoying the Fargey Family farm; caring for his gardens and animals. He was also an avid photographer, always trying to capture the moment in a photo.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank-you to the staff at Belleville General Hospital who provided care and comfort to Allan before his passing.
A small private gathering will be held by the immediate family.
As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
