Wallace, William J. passed away peacefully in Kingston, ON on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by his parents, Denis and Phyllis (Yon), and his siblings Phillip and Sheelah Ann Zapf. He is survived by his sister, Rosemarie MacDonald, his brother in law, Gene Zapf, as well as many nieces and nephews. Bill lived most of his adult life on the west coast calling California and later Washington state home. There he built a life surrounded by his love for the water and the sunshine, and many dear friends. A celebration of life for Bill will occur at a later date.
